Home description

Our villa was originally designed by an artist in the 70s and great care has been taken to ensure that the design is typically Ibicencan. The decor has been interior designed in a boho vintage style and is featured in various interior design magazines most recently the August 2009 edition of Company Magazine. The villa has cool traditional whitewashed walls and terracotta tiles. Its location is idyllic being situated high among the pine trees and just 200m from the beach. Wonderful sunsets to enjoy! The main house has three double bedrooms and there is a separate Spanish style cottage with twin beds that has it's own courtyard. The villa is not some typical bare holiday home, it's a stylish home which we think you will love as much as we do! The house has a buddha chill out area and four different sun terraces which are all accessible via the bedrooms. We have just installed a luxury decked swimming pool for 2010, the area has being proffesionally landscaped with palm trees and beautiful plants. Enjoy!

The Ibiza region

Ibiza is well known for its beauty and magical quality that has kept people (including myself!) coming back for many years. You can still find quaint traditional Spanish villages, whitewashed architecture and fabulous restaurants. The Island got really famous in the 60's when the hippies decided they had found a true paradise, the word spread and now many people enjoy the pine clad exteriors but you can still find the old hippies in the local markets selling their homemade products. Ibiza town with the mystical and grand Dalt Villa is well worth a look round and of course stop for a drink in one of the cafes and simply watch the parades of beautiful party people!

Sant Jose / Cala Tarida area

San Jose town sits on top of a pine clad mountain and the quaint street's remain relatively untouched from mass tourism. Great if you want to see the real Ibiza. Cala Tarida itself is one of the best beaches on the Island. The waters are a deep turquoise and the sand powdery and fine. In fact the beach's surrounding Tarida - Cala Conta, Cala Vadella are quite simply stunning and are the BEST on the Island. A true paradise.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to the family room with shower,wc.
En-suite bathroom adjacent to cottage.
Bathroom with shower, wc (located next to Moroccan and Ocean rooms).
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, gas hobs, fridge-freezer. There are also 2 outside kitchen areas with sinks.
Utility Room: Washing machine, sink, cooking utensils.
Living Rooms: Dining room in the centre of the villa with round oak table perfect for entertaining. Huge fire place. Lounge with TV, DVD, stereo system and big comfy sofa and upholstered chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Maid service once a week. Linen changed once per week. Towels included.

The house sits on a 1000m2 plot and has 4 sun terraces where we enjoy alfresco dining and relaxing. We also have a roof top chill out area with views into the mountains and the countryside. We also have 2 outside kitchens and an outside dining area. We have just installed a luxury swimming pool with wooden decking.

Conditions

We require 50% of payment at the time of booking. The remainder is to be paid in cash on arrival. We also require a fully refundable security deposit of 800 euros payable on arrival and refunded at the end of your stay (this can be also be taken in the equivalent of your own currency).

Please contact me for special discounts over the Winter months. Ibiza is really beautiful in the winter the Island is less populated, the climate is cooler but still sunny. Our villa is equipped with central heating so is perfect for a winter break.
