This 4 bedroom finca couldn't be more of the Ibiza style. Sitting in the valleys of San Jose, you are completely private to the outside world, but only minutes to it at the same time. This house is in the perfect location, a couple of minuites to San Jose village.

This 2 story house with its private swimming pool and 4 double bedrooms,3 bathroom.
The house is in Moroccan decor, with rustic feel ,comfortable with modern twist where possible.all bedrooms have large double beds,and fans.
cot can be arranged.
main hse air con , large family kithchen modern bathroom with massage bath.
Upstairs shower room ,with the casita having an outdoor shower room .
There are plenty of shady seating areas in and out !
The finca is on lots of little diffrent levels and has the feel of surprice in every room when you enter the property.
This is a real treat 350 years of history within these walls .
The garden is very private with gated entrance .

Great place for all visitors, young, old, couples, groups... Ibiza has something for everyone. It offers all types of holidays from luxury relaxing, cultural, fine dining, amazing shopping, activity, clubbing, water sports and the best beaches the Balearic's can offer. You can hop over to the magical island Formenterra just 25 minutes by fast boat. This is our hidden treasure and shouldn't be missed.

The Sant Jose area

San Jose is a great friendly village with lots to offer: small cafes, live music, fantastic small restaurants (Moroccan, Italian, Spanish tapas), all on your doostep.The village has a golden church, it's open for visits daily. Small shops with international food and papers, butchers, fresh fish and organic vegetables. The church of San Agustin has one of the best Finca restaurants the island has to offer with small balcony seating this romantic place is a real get away.

There are live music concerts through the whole summer (Flamenco and bands from the island) and an international food store, WiFi stations set in peaceful gardens with great wines from the island. Organic vegetables, herbs and health stores, a small spa for facials, massage and other treatments.

All beaches are close by: Blue Marlins, calla Jondal, Sallinas, Calle Tarrida. Golf course within 25 minutes, water park, walk ways, bike rides, famous discos, all accessible. What more could you want? It's all here in San Jose and Ibiza.

Easiest, and cheapest way is to fly to Ibiza. All major airlines in summer months have direct flights daily from UK May - October. In the winter, Ryan Air flies direct from UK three times a week. Airport meetings can also be arranged at a cost.

It is possible by ferry from UK and Europe. It is also possible to drive cars. This will take from 24 hrs.

“Lovely Villa, Great Location, Not Suitable For Young Children, Very Poor Management” We stayed in Can Costs for 5 weeks in July 2012 and i must say that the Villa was BEAUTIFUL and the location was PERFECT but - The Villa is advertised "suitable for children of all ages" we have a one year old and a four year old and the Villa is NOT child friendly, there are steps everywhere. The Villa was not suitable for renting at this time we had so many problems, the Management was awfull. If the Owner changed the Management to a professional company then i would recommend this Villa for adults and children aged above 7 years old. Wished we had rented a Villa from a professional Management Company. Also we did not recieve our Deposit back!! Such a shame. Response: Thank you for your review . We would like to say that the layout of the villa was discussed in detail with yourselfs by e mail and phone calls. We think the house is suitsble for children of all ages when provided with this infomation. Also travel cots and playpens are provided to be used for babys. The small kitchen tap problem with the house was delt with a,s,a,p. In high season sometimes this will take a day or so to get to you . Also as we have clients in and out, on same day change overs! we sometimes do not know there are any problems such as this until that day On your arrival, we work as fast as possible to have the house ready. FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR DEPOSIT ! This is held for damages, breakages miss use of water, extra cleaning and undue maintanace call outs? I.E yellow pine pollen on sunbeds ?ect ect . All of this is clearly explained to you in writing by mail and phone calls. which is agreed by both parties. We have taken all you comments onboard and will be doing our up most in the future to keep our clients happy .
