About the home

3 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms (one en suite, 2 shower rooms 1 up 1 down), open plan kitchen, salon leading on to terrace area overlooking patio and pool. Free view sky satelelite television, double parking, fully airconditioned. Barby, loungers and shades are provided. Baby/ Infant equipment can be provided upon request and at a small charge. Peaceful location, near to beautiful beaches and pretty village of San Jose.
Shops and restaurants nearby. Please note during peak season the water pressure in Cala Vadella can drop slightly

Front of the house offers double parking (gated) with security intercom system. Whilst the house is suitable for children, the swimming pool is open planned and requires parents to be vigilant at all times.

The keys will be provided upon arrival at the house. Airport transfers are available at 45 euros each way.
Check in 2pm. Check out 10am. This allows for weekly cleaning service.

A 300 EUROS SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE ARRIVAL This will be fully refunded within one week departure providing no damage has been made to the property during the stay.

The Ibiza region

Dalt villa in the town of Ibiza is a historical place of interest. The castle offers beautiful views over the town of Ibiza. Dinner in the port of Ibiza and a stroll around the night markets are highly recommended
Enjoy lunch at one of the many villages on the island. Santa Gertrudis, San Miguel, and San Mateo are especially worth visiting.

Ibiza is also renowned for its elaborate hippy markets. They are held at both Es Cana and San Carlos. Live music , food and drink bars all enhance the lively atmospehere that can be found there.

Sunsets are very special in Ibiza. 'Cafe Del Mar' in San Antonio offers great sangria and chill out music accompanying the wonderful sunsets.

Ibiza is famous for its nightlife. Eden and Es Paradis host some great club nights, whilst 'plastik' lounge bar is the official pre-party bar in San Antonio.

A special day out for the kids on the island, can be found at the aqua park. A large water park with lots of slides and packed with fun.

For those wanting a little adventure. A trip to Formentera, Ibiza's neighbouring island is strongly recommended. You can arrive to the island by boat within half an hour. It boasts white sandy beaches, with shallow crystal clear waters and wonderful seafood restaurants. A mini carribean experience in the med!

Deep sea fishing, and boat excursions also available. Great watersports facilities throughout the island.
All in all, the island of Ibiza offers something for everyone, and is a great choice of holiday.

The Sant Jose / Cala Vadella area

Beautiful surroundings with some of the best beaches on the island very nearby. The towns of San Antonio and Ibiza are only a 15 min car ride. The village of San Jose is located only a few kilometres away.
