The location is perfect for all types of people, families who want peace, groups who want nightlife but not to be in the middle of it, and couples too.
San Jose is situated on the west coast of the island which has all the best beaches in ibiza, and the town itself is quaint and pretty with a good choice of restaurants. There would defiantly be something for everyone who choses to stay here.

The Ibiza region
Crazy and beautiful island suitable for all kinds of people....Sun and beaches are the most beautiful attractions.... But also amazing clubs and fantastic nightlife.....The little villages all around the island are also a nice cultural resource for Ibiza.
It is often thought that Ibiza is only for the young and wild, although it does cater for this, believe it or not 80% of tourism in ibiza is families.
And the island certainly offers everything for families, with the laid back and child friendly lifestyle of the spanish, you are welcome everywhere, especially the restaurants and sunset bars in the evening.
Sant Jose area
San Jose is a pretty village, you cant miss its beautiful bright pink bougainvillea on the stunning back ground of white washed walls. San Jose's surrounding mountains have the most spectacular views on the island, exactly where your villa is located.
Sitting on the west coast of ibiza , this is where you will find the prettiest beaches and clear blue sea. Activities include water sports, horse riding, and walking. The area also has a lot of pretty restaurants and clubs.

the villa is a short 10 minute drive from the airport,
although the local village is in walking distance, and a bus stop outside, we do recommend car rental
as the nearest town san antonio is a 5 minute drive and the nearest beach is a five minute drive also.
however hiring a car is not compulsory and there is a reliable local taxi and bus service

Further details indoors: If you do require a cot, please let us know and we will make sure there is one there for you, otherwise there will not be . The property is part of a large villa , and also has a two bedroomed guest house on the grounds available to rent at an extra cost. If the guest house is rented to other tenants(2-4 people) then the swimming pool will become shared for this period. However you will still have your own space, private garden , terrace and sunbathing area, parking and own private entrance to the villa.
Further details outdoors: The property has a large terrace that faces the swimming pool and jacuzzi area , with al fresco dining , a bbq, private parking, and large gardens,although the swimming pool is shared with the guest house both properties still have private sunbathing areas , terraces and are completly self contained.
The nearest town is 5 mins away, san jose with all local amenities.
San Antonio is 5 minutes drive in one direction and ibiza town is 10/15 minutes in the opposite direction. The airport is about a 10 min drive too.
Further details
The returnable security deposit is taken to allow for any damage to the property, on your day of departure the house will be checked and then the deposit returned.
We don't mind young groups but we do ask everyone after midnight , not to play load music and to respect the neighbors.
As for children, Los Flores is a perfect and safe family holiday home, but we take no responsibility for accidents and ask you to never leave children unattended in the pool.
Conditions
25% deposit required to secure booking On arrival you will be required to pay a standard refundable security deposit of 1000euro.
A/c is an extra cost......(although the house is made from stone and is very cool in the summer, most would not require this service)
