NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. the prices are based on 12 people sharing, for any extra person there will be a charge of 150 per head. our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer, 50% of the money will be required to reserve payment and the other 50% will need to be paid one month before booking date. in case of last minute booking the amount can be paid in full on arrival. a deposit of 1000euro in cash will be required on arrival and will be returned on day of departure, this is to secure that there will be no damage done to the property.
