Very nice semi detached house with garden and stunning views of the sunset over the sea, situated in a private and very quiet residence with loads of green areas, community pools and a tennis court, surrounded by trees and close to one of the most beautiful bays of the island: Cala Tarida with all services and action and the quiet Cala Moli.
The house has 120 sqm on a plot of 300 sqm and counts 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 3 single beds. Two bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, a garden , a garage and a roof terrace.
It comes with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, micro wave, toater, coffee maker, juicer, hair dryer, iron, barbecue etc. No dishwasher available.

Nearby is a leisure area with all amenities such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars and shops.
