The villa offers panoramic 180 degree views of the sea from its unique front line position high on a cliff with its land stretching all the way down to the ocean. The villas terraces are where you can enjoy the swimming pool and al fresco dining or drinks viewing the uninterrupted sun setting into the horizon of the sea. It’s the first time this Villa is available for exclusive rentals. With its unique sea front position it boasts what many villas cannot offer. The property comprises of 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1 of which is en suite and 1 guest W/C. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher fridge freezer and microwave. Next to the kitchen is a dining area and next to that is an outdoor breakfast area with sea views. There is a large lounge with seating area, which opens out to the terraces with its pan-tiled gazebo and swimming pool. There is a separate utility room with a washer/dryer. MANY DATES AVAILABLE.

The Ibiza region
Ibiza town is only 20 minutes away which is the main town of the island. Most people know Ibiza as the clubbing capital of the world but the other side of Ibiza is a tranquil haven that attracts many artists and celebrities. Ibiza is also a food lovers paradise with some of the best restaurants that the Mediterranean has to offer. A list of recommendations will be available for you at the villa. Ibiza is suitable for all age groups and it's very family friendly. Many people who have visited the island have had some of the best holidays and return year after year.
Sant Jose area
The villa is located 5 minutes from San Jose village with its many restaurants, shops and banks. The property is in between Cala moli beach which is 15 minutes walk away and Cala Vedella beach with its many sea front restaurants. There are around 52 beaches and coves around the island but the beaches around this property are some of the most stunning.
How to get there
Airlines which fly to Ibiza include British Airways, Easyjet, Thomson, Monarch, Thomas Cook, Iberia via Barcelona or Madrid. Check with your travel agent or on the internet for other carriers. There are several ferries from Barcelona, Valencia, Mallorca and Denia. Balearia and Trasmediterranea are the two main ferry companies. Trasmediterranea has fast ferries to and from Barcelona.

Notes to the rental rates Note: Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and based on a maximum of 8 people. We require 50% deposit with the balance and security deposit due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments are via bank transfer. There is a refundable Euro security deposit of 1000 euros which is fully refundable subject to there being no damage. Weekly rental prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. The change over day is Saturday. Check in at 3pm on the Saturday check out at 10.00am This is necessary to allow for changeover cleaning and preparation. Our terms and conditions available on request.
