The Ibiza region

The village of sant jose is wonderful sleepy by day but good restaurants bars and shops at night . you also have the village of san augustin with just one fantastic church restaurant CAN VERRY BELL be sure to book the balconey. the area is all farming land so no big buildings to spoil your views. also close to the cost so getting the best of both worlds . now we have a new road making it very easy to ibiza town and surrounding areas . it only takes 20 min to airport . there are good but small supermarkets near by which sell fresh breads ,international news papper and good range of internationall foods.

Sant Jose area

In san jose you have the famous golden church open for daily visits . the nearest beach for water sports would be calla tarrida fun for everyone water ski, pedalows ,boats for rent ,ect. depending on the time of year there sre plenty of local fiestas [partys] to enjoy . ibiza town santa maria aug 8th most amazing firework desplay. san augustin open air concerts different every year dates and times will be left at the house. also if you love to walk or bike there are great bike paths and walk ways to explore through the countryside. on the outher side of things ibiza holds the most amazing clubs in the world so even if your not the disco type some nights offer a night you can not forgett . ibiza has a great range of restaurants old and new something for everyone which makes it a very special place.

The finca has all original features so makes it a very intresting place to stay . The house is child friendly and has great places to explore in the campo [gardens ].The house is totally inclosed and privite.
