Villa | 6 bedrooms | sleeps 3
This sister villa to Can Mares commands the same impressive views over the sea and the nearby Cala Corral and shares with its neighbour the magic spectacle of the sun setting in the west over the limitless expanse of the Mediterranean. Clearly visible to the south west is the unmistakable outline of Es Vedra island, whose lighthouse marks the entrance to the channel between the islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The house, which is on two floors, features a magnificent sun roof, from which full advantage can be taken of the breathtaking panoramic seascape. The villa has been designed and built in typical Ibizan style to provide comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to six guests. Furnished and decorated throughout in a simple yet elegant style designed to enhance the overall distinctiveness of the property, it includes three double bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms with shower. From the large and luminous entrance hall and living room a flight of stairs leads to the upper floor. A particularly attractive feature of this house is the spacious ground floor shaded terrace with its full complement of wicker sofas, chairs and an elegant wooden dining-table, where open-air meals can be enjoyed in quiet seclusion. At the same time, the house is a mere 100 metres from the shore and only a relatively short drive to the island's throbbing nightlife.

The Balearic Islands region
Home to green rolling hills, dramatic coastline, breathtaking sunsets and an extraordinary nightlife, Ibiza has been a magnet for visitors in search of beauty and an unforgettable holiday experience for decades. The old-world charm of Ibiza Town provides the perfect setting for visitors looking to experience the island?s stylish arts, cultural and social scene. Smart and sophisticated bars and restaurants, private boutiques and galleries, and a fascinating history draw an exclusive crowd throughout the year. The walled old quarter of the city, the D?Alt Villa, with its winding cobbled streets and 16th century cathedral only add to Ibiza Town?s vibrant atmosphere.
The large and relatively new resort of San Antonio is where most of the island?s and discos are located, and it is busiest during the summer months when people from all over the world come to experience the legendary nightlife in some of the most stylish clubs on the planet. But beyond the lively Ibiza Town and San Antonio, visitors to Ibiza will discover a world of beautiful, un-spoilt countryside, traditional villages and farms, and a way of life that has been virtually untouched by tourism. The island is home to more than 60 beaches, ranging from long, sandy stretches to tiny hidden coves which can only be reached by boat or on foot. Protected from overdevelopment by the local authorities, the wild, northern end of the island is particularly beautiful, with acres of lemon and olive groves, green hillsides and rugged cliffs. Walkers can climb Ibiza?s highest mountain, Sa Talaiassa for stunning views across the whole island, or visit the Ses Salines salt flats to the east. An island of contradictions and surprises, Ibiza?s unique and magical atmosphere offers visitors from all walks of life a holiday to remember.
