Villa | 5 bedrooms | sleeps 10
The keynote of this imposing modern villa is its privacy. Recently built to the highest specifications with no expense spared, it stands in complete seclusion between a backdrop of pine trees and an impressive panoramic view of the sea. Facing westwards from the southwest coast of the island, the house overlooks the Cala Corral, a picturesque rocky inlet unfrequented by tourists owing to its lack of a sandy beach, and affords a breathtaking vantage point from which to contemplate the setting sun as it slowly sinks below the horizon of the Mediterranean. The magnificent infinity-edge swimming pool, merging with the sea beyond and well-supplied with comfortably-upholstered teak sun-loungers, and the shaded open-air dining area with seating for eight, can thus be enjoyed in an atmosphere of total seclusion and privacy. The finest materials have been used in the construction of this property, including state-of-the-art flagstone and polished cement floorings and exposed natural stone walls contrasting with the more traditional white-painted surfaces typical of the island. The house has been decorated and fitted out to a very high standard, creating an overall impression of tasteful refinement. The master suite includes a luxurious bathroom with a unique triangular stone bathtub. The other double bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms with showers and all the bedrooms enjoy spectacular sea views and direct access to the pool area. A separate servant's bedroom is also available. The living room with its separate dining area, panoramic views and luxurious L-shaped white leather sofa can be integrated into the terrace and pool area by opening up the large sliding French windows.

The Ibiza region
Home to green rolling hills, dramatic coastline, breathtaking sunsets and an extraordinary nightlife, Ibiza has been a magnet for visitors in search of beauty and an unforgettable holiday experience for decades. The old-world charm of Ibiza Town provides the perfect setting for visitors looking to experience the island?s stylish arts, cultural and social scene. Smart and sophisticated bars and restaurants, private boutiques and galleries, and a fascinating history draw an exclusive crowd throughout the year. The walled old quarter of the city, the D?Alt Villa, with its winding cobbled streets and 16th century cathedral only add to Ibiza Town?s vibrant atmosphere.
The large and relatively new resort of San Antonio is where most of the island?s and discos are located, and it is busiest during the summer months when people from all over the world come to experience the legendary nightlife in some of the most stylish clubs on the planet. But beyond the lively Ibiza Town and San Antonio, visitors to Ibiza will discover a world of beautiful, un-spoilt countryside, traditional villages and farms, and a way of life that has been virtually untouched by tourism. The island is home to more than 60 beaches, ranging from long, sandy stretches to tiny hidden coves which can only be reached by boat or on foot. Protected from overdevelopment by the local authorities, the wild, northern end of the island is particularly beautiful, with acres of lemon and olive groves, green hillsides and rugged cliffs. Walkers can climb Ibiza?s highest mountain, Sa Talaiassa for stunning views across the whole island, or visit the Ses Salines salt flats to the east. An island of contradictions and surprises, Ibiza?s unique and magical atmosphere offers visitors from all walks of life a holiday to remember.
