Charming villa with swimming-pool in Ibiza, Cala Jondal.

1 story (no stairs!), 3 double bedrooms + 1 IKEA clik-clak sofa convertible to a relatively comfortable double-bed in the little salon of one bedroom.
Romantic, comfortable, this villa is as well suited to families with kids, a party of friends, newly-weds or not so newly-weds, than to professional, businessmen, writers, and the like, looking for some tranquil time.
Ideally located 1500m off Cala Jondal (very VIP), Cala Es Xarco, Cala PortRoig, Cala Es Torrent, all those are mostly non-crowded pebbly beaches with some nice sandy areas, highly prized spots by connoisseurs and "jet set", with many quality beach-lounge-bars, restaurants and a great beach-disco, very good and fun atmosphere. Cala Jondal is a hotspot in Ibiza. No buses with crowded tourists arrives here.
At 5-10-15 km the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza, Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella, Cala Conta, Las Salinas, Es Cavallet, etc..
At 15 km Ibiza Town and Port.

House is very quiet and private.

Maid service four hours per day usually on Wednesday and Saturday (or at new guest arrivals). (Pool and garden serviced one day per week).

Comfortable salon with good sofas, and with large glazed sliding door that slides within the walls for a beautiful view to the porch, swimming-pool and wooded hills.
Simple house but with lot of charms.
Located next to the Torrent des Jondal's Valley the corner benefits from a micro-climate, enjoying relatively cooler nights than elsewhere on Ibiza.
Green garden (2000sqm) with flowering trees and nature.

Ibiza is beautiful, magic, fun and tranquil, all in one.
Cala Jondal is a very VIP and Chic" cala", less crowded than other beaches and highly prized by connoisseurs and "jet set".
A few minutes away you have also similar nice "calas" as Cala Es Xarcu, Cala Port Roig, Cala Es Torrent.
At a 5-10-15 km ratio, you can reach the most beautiful (but crowded) beaches of Ibiza, as Cala Bassa, Cala Vadella, Cala Conta, Las Salinas, Es Cavallet, etc..
The Sant Jose / Cala Jondal area
Sant Josep de sa Talaia municipality is the south-west area of Ibiza island (about 1/3 of the island), where villa "El Algahr" is located, close to Cala Jondal (cala=creek).
Sant Josep is the one of the best areas of Ibiza island, most of the best villas are located there.
Cala Jondal (1500m off the villa) is a beautiful yet "cala" unexploited (no tourist buses there!), with pristine turquoise waters and fabulous snorkeling.
Mostly a wild pebbly beach, with sandy areas and very sandy at the sea.
It's currently one of the hot-spots in Ibiza, cherished by VIPs and jet-set, as there is yet a lot of privacy, top fun, and the quality of the services are very good, yet not too expensive.

Topless everywhere, best, wild and beautiful nearest nudist beach is Es Cavallet (12km)
For younger kids, aside Cala Jondal, maybe the best "calas" are Es Xarco, just beside Cala Jondal, and also "Sa Caleta" is a nice place ("Es Bol Nou"), 4km away, behind the Phoenician settlement, as it's tranquil, wild spaces, sandy beach, not too deep, beach loungers and parasols, and serviced by a good beach-bar and restaurants.

The villa has everything you need for a trip away with family our friends. Great WIFI, lovely pool and set in spacious, private grounds. Pato, the owner is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. He made sure that our children had bikes to ride and CDs to listen to...and happy children led to happy parents that could enjoy their wine in peace!! |

We were three couples and it was easy, beautiful & perfect in every way. Pato the host was extremely helpful. Location was also superb - you could walk to the Blue Marlin.. |
