Villa Torrent is a spectacular property on the west coast of Ibiza, tucked on the hillside in the midst of green with no neighbours to disturb your peace. Despite its complete privacy it is just a 10 minute drive from the charming town of Sant Josep and half an hour from Ibiza town. Furthermore, in just a few minutes' drive from the villa you´ll find yourselves at the stunning beaches like Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, Cala Tarida etc.

The villa´s position is incredible for its views straight over the sea with nothing to
eak your open outlook. There is a lawn with a large pool accompanied by sun loungers on a lower level and up a few steps a gorgeous canopied terrace with stylish lounge furniture, where you´ll perhaps enjoy your evening drinks whilst watching a beautiful sunset. There´s also a dining table and chairs here for al fresco meals.

Interior

The plot covers 4 hectares, all fully fenced. Within this space there is the main villa and 2 independent single-storey buildings with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total, all of which are of the same excellent quality.
