A newly renovated, spacious, family-friendly villa in Cala Vadella. The main villa, tower annex and extensive gardens are just 8 minutes walk from a sheltered bay and beautiful sandy beach. The main villa includes a large kitchen, dining room to seat 16, lounge with satellite TV and DVD and a large family sun-room.
The main villa houses the master bedroom and bathroom, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 further bathrooms. The tower annex houses two large self-contained bedroom suites, each with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes. All 7 bedrooms have blackout blinds and air conditioning. The villa can accomodate 14 adults plus 2 children in fold-out beds and 2 babies in cots.
Outside, there are four sun decks with sea views and plentiful sun loungers surrounding the stunning 10m pool. There is a large terrace with a dining area to seat 16 people, a BBQ and an outdoor bar. The villa is ideal for families holidaying together and is particularly child-friendly. Access to the pool can be restricted and there are highchairs, cots and toys on site. The villa is Wi-Fi enabled.

The main villa is spread over two floors and includes a large family kitchen with dishwasher, grand dining room to seat 16, cosy lounge with satellite TV and DVD player and a large family sun-room, leading out on to the poolside terrace. The main villa houses the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 further bathrooms. There is also an outdoor shower room.

All 7 bedrooms are light and airy and are newly decorated in a fresh contemporary style. Each bedroom has blackout curtains, high quality bedlinen and quiet air conditioning to guarantee a great night’s sleep. In the main villa, the master bedroom and bedrooms 4 & 5 feature patio doors leading out onto the sun terrace with pool and sea views.
The villa can accomodate 14 adults plus 2 children in fold-out beds and 2 babies in cots.
The bathrooms have powerful showers and high quality bath & hand towels. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. The water is fresh and non salty, ensuring you feel refreshed and not sticky after showering.

The mature landscaped gardens, filled with olive and palm trees, surround the stunning 10m pool and the Indonesian gazebo chill out area. There are four sun decks with sea views and plentiful sun loungers. The villa also boasts a large terrace with a dining area to seat 16 people, a BBQ and an outdoor kitchen/bar area. The villa is accessed via large security gates and a private parking area for 3 cars.

The Rental Period is, except by prior arrangement, from Saturday to Saturday: 16.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 on the day of departure.
A Eur 1000 inventory and breakage deposit is payable in advance.
To secure a reservation, a 25% deposit is required, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
All bedlinen and towels, including beach towels, are provided.
A mid-week clean, towel and linen change is included in the rental cost.
The Ibiza region
Ibiza is an island in the Mediterranean Sea, 79km off the coast of Spain. It is the third largest of the Balearic Islands and is known for its great weather, numerous stunning beaches, delicious local cuisine and world-class nightlife.
The Sant Jose / Cala Vadella area
Cala Vadella is a quiet residential village, nestled in the pinehills above the sea, on the south west coast of Ibiza. The villa is 8 minutes walk from the child-friendly sheltered bay, with its picturesque beach and choice of beach restaurants. Several more formal restaurants in addition to a supermarket, with fresh daily bread, and several boutiques make the village popular all year round with both locals and tourists.
The villa is a 10 minute drive from San Jose and a 20 minute drive from Ibiza airport. The major resorts of Ibiza town and San Antonio are 25 and 15 minutes drive respectively.
Some of Ibiza’s most picturesque beaches are only a 5-10 minute drive away, including Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, renowned for its spectacular sunsets.
Ibiza offers some of the best night-life in Europe and the islands many clubs, bars and restaurants are readily accessible from the villa.
