A characterful good-sized villa privately situated within its own gardens on a hill side location, offering magnificent views over pine forests to the Mediterranean Sea. With only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beaches, some of the best and safest in Ibiza, this makes it a perfect retreat for families with children. The villa itself has a lovely rustic feel with whitewashed walls and terracotta floor tiles, keeping pleasantly cool during the hot summer months.
There are 2 outdoor dining areas, the large terrace leading from the dining room with a table seating 6, looking out onto the surrounding uninterrupted, spectacular sea views. From the terrace, steps lead down to the garden where there is a swing and a hammock nestled in the trees. Then there is the unique circular barbeque on the 2nd floor, which is great fun as it also acts a table for all the family to sit around, again with wonderful views to the bay and to the hills.

The Ibiza region
Ibiza! Famous for its hippies and nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.
Sant Joan de Labritja / Portinatx area
PORTINATX is one of the top beauty spots in Ibiza, this much-loved resort is set around a pretty cove with a backdrop of lush green pine forests. Portinatx has become a popular choice amongst families, with the main beach providing sheltered bathing and water activities for all ages. The town itself provides ample nightlife with a selection of bars and restaurants. There are some great restaurants within walking distance from the villa, like The Zulu lounge on the beach, with its comfy cushioned areas to chill out in whilst enjoying the wonderful views to the sea and keeping an eye on the kids at the same time.
Taking a drive you'll find some great traditional and modern restaurants along the San Juan Road. Also, "Ocho" a great restaurant that also has a stylish outdoor bar playing funky music, and a kids creche! The colourful Thai Bambuddah Grove, also with funky music bar and shop.The stylish club/restaurant Aura and the more traditional Juanitos, dishing up a great barbequed lamb. Not far from here, in San Lorenzo, you can find the fabulous La Paloma restaurant.
Portinatx has everything to suit all your needs, including cashpoints, however if you need a bank you will find plenty in San Juan. High in the northern hills lies the pretty, idyllic town of San Juan (San Joan in Catalan)You can get a taste of the laid-back Ibizan lifestyle in this delightful, rural village. A hippy culture still remains here, and the area is still popular with intellectuals, musicians and farmers alike who hang out together at the Eco Café.
Perched high in the glorious Els Amunts hills, Sant Miquel is the largest of the villages in this region. There's a short stroll from the village's main street to the church, which commands magnificent views over the pine forests and olive groves.Just past the port de Sant Miquel you'll find the Cova de Can Marca, a cave formed 100,000 years ago with some impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
5 min walk to Portinatx. 8 minute drive to the idyllic town of San Juan. 15 minute drive to Benirras, one of Ibiza's favourite beaches and some of the best sunsets in the world. 20 minutes drive to Santa Gertrudis, bustling with it's bars and restaurants. 20 min to Santa Eularia with it's family friendly beaches, restaurants, bars and great shops. 20 min to Es Canar or Las Dalias hippy markets. 25 min to Ibiza town, with its old town, Dalt Vila, a great place to visit on a heady summers night.
