The “Can Blanc” villa is a private luxury home with 13000 sqf of enclosed land, including a private pool and 4 areas where bedrooms are located:
1. Main house which holds living rooms, porches and 4 bedrooms.
2. Two spacious, independent bedrooms right next to the pool.
3. Attached to the home there is a private apartment with its own gardens.
4. In addition, if you would like to use all 8 bedrooms, you may rent an independent bungalow next to the house with a street entrance; fit for accommodating 2 more people.

You have 3 Renting Options:
1. Rent 6 bedrooms
2. Rent 7 bedrooms or
3. Rent 7 bedrooms+ bungalow

Prices are flexible depending on your choice.

* Large pool set on a patio with big gardens surrounding the whole house (600m2). Next to the pool there are different areas: a solarium with 6 hammocks to sunbathe, a porch/ dining area to enjoy lunch outside and a closed room for washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower and gardens with spectacular views.

* Views of the sea and sunset from many different angles of the house and views of a pine forest surrounding the house and development.

Further details

30% of the payment (minimum 2,500 euros) due at the moment of reservation; 100% of the payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival .

2,000 euro deposit: in cash upon delivery of keys or via bank transfer 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Included in the price: cleaning service upon leaving the house (normal conditions).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INCLUDED:

* House-cleaning service every two days during the month of August (9 hours total)
* House gardener that also cleans the pool and takes care of the chlorine levels
* Electricity, water and community costs included
* Extra cleaning service: 250 euros per 10 hours, including cleaning materials

Located in the "Isla Blanca" Development from the "Espeñal del Águila" in the Portinox of San Miguel, at about 19km from the capital of Ibiza (20 minutes by car), 350 meters from 2 creeks.

The development's own beaches are 10 minutes from San Miguel Beach and 15 minutes from the most famous and beautiful beach of Benirras.

“no way luxurious” stayed at this villa in july arrived at 10am wasnt allowed into villa till 5pm,narrow pool dirty and broken sun loungers around pool,no hot water in main bedrooms was promised a plumber but never... more
