Can Marge is an over 200 years old typical ibicencan country house, completely renovated, with capacity for accommodation to up to 10 people in a surface of over 400 m2 of building. You’ll enjoy Nature, surrounded by almond trees, algarroba trees and olive trees, all of them 100 years old, right in the middle of a quiet rural environment, in the north of Ibiza Island of the Officially Protected Area “Es Amunts”.
The house has got central heating. Bedrooms and TV room also use cold/warm air conditioning. The fire places in the sitting rooms can be used since autumn until spring time, so that you can enjoy your holiday in Ibiza island in each season all through the year.
Enjoy your rest and enjoy the scenery. Wonderful views upon the valley and mountains, 3 kms away from Cala San Vicente Beach, sand beach with restaurants, shops and supermarkets. At a short distance small lonely beaches can be found, some of them with sand and some of them are stony ones

The Ibiza region
Ibiza is the nearest of the Balearic Islands to the coast of Spain. The temperature stays around 30º in the summer months -from april until october. The coastline is etched with uncountable rocky coves and large sandy beaches - Ses Salines with their salt hills, in the extreme south east, are stunning at sunset- The countryside, particularly in the north is a colourful patchwork of almond, olive and fig trees and wooded hills.- On another hand, the sea is never far away. (Benirrás Beach and the "God's Finger" in the middle of its bay ideal for swimming and watching sunset, Es Cavallet as a nudist beach, Playa de San Miguel with old caves amongst others) Ibiza has long been a magnet for the rich and famous with its exclusive rural and coastal locations and nightlife (Port of Ibiza). Not only a clubbing capital of the world : a paradise for food lovers in the best restaurants that the Mediterranean has to offer, and also plenty of designer shops, excursions around the island, visiting museums. A flavour of culture and heritage in Ibiza Town (Dalt Vila, an UNESCO world heritage) with its medieval walls, shallow stony streets, noble mansions and Cathedral mantain its antique genuine charm. There are plenty of things to do in Ibiza other than sunbathe : horse riding, hiking, cycling and sailing.
Sant Joan de Labritja / Sant Vicent de sa Cala area
The best preserved place of the island, as far as Nature is concerned is, with no doubt, the northern part : Sant Joan de Labritja and all the area. Very quiet and green environment in pine tree woods, far from any polluted town and guarantee of absolute silence in this mountainous portion: a little train will take passengers in a ride of 3 hours excursion around. Uninhabitated unspoiled beaches, or fashionable nudist beach (Aigues Blanques), as well as beaches guaranteed with full service like supermarkets, shops, telephones, good quality restaurants - speciality in fresh fish and sea shells- in Cala San Vicente are easily reachable, and Portinatx beach. 2 hippy markets can be visited : one is on saturday in "Las Dalias" in San Carlos Village, the other one is every wednesday at Punta Arabí of Santa Eulalia Del Río. Cycling, mountain biking, horse riding excursions, and diving are more and more popular and developped around San Vicente, amongst people who not necessarily love sunbathing and beach. Folkloric dances on festival days.

Further details
The house's owners wish to make clear that both cleaning of the house and maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool will be undertaken by the owners themselves personally so to avoid anyone else interfering in the private life of the renters.
Conditions
40% of the rent price through Bank tranfer to confirm the booking, the remaining 60% and 800 GBP for security deposit in cash on arrival. Security deposit will be paid back on leaving if everything is OK.
In case of cancelling of the booking 100% of it will be paid back if cancelling is made 3 months ahead, 75% if 2 months, 50% if 1 month. No refund if less than 1 month.
Arrivals on saturdays must be after 3pm, and departures on saturdays at 10 am the latest. If it were impossible to attend this regulation, clients must contact owners of the house in order to try to reorganize -if possible- meeting time and place at arrival.
