Ibiza is the number 1 summer destination in Europe, an island with many different facets. The island is famous in the world for its vibrant nightlife, colorful people, in the clubs play top DJ´s, and the party goes on day and night. Its beach life, Ibiza has many big sandy beaches with crystal clear water suitable for any kind of water sports and off course sunbathing and relaxation but also intimate small and remote bays where even in the high season it's not that busy. While exploring the island one will discover a gorgeous nature with mountains full of pine trees, and depending on the season, flowers, and green meadows. While driving on the Island one passes through authentic villages with small restaurants and bars. Ibiza also knows a wide a variety in restaurants, from typical Spanish tapas bars to the more upscale restaurants.

Ibiza Town is the lively capital of the Island. The city dates back a few thousand years and has been home to many cultures. UNESCO has listed Ibiza Town a world heritage site and its oldest part is protected and intact. One can visit old sights, especially in and around Ibiza Town´s D'Alt Villa and the old harbor full of narrow streets and little squares. A number of museums are dedicated to the history of the town and the Island. Ibiza is also famous for its cosmopolitan and colourful crowd. After sunset, the city comes to life with shops open until midnight and a choice of many restaurants and bars. Staying in or around Ibiza Town gives, you the opportunity to discover the southern and northern parts of the Island as well as you are in the proximity of nightlife.

San Miguel village is a nice village a little further than Santa Gertrudis, the church perched on top of the hill is one of the prettiest in Ibiza and over a wide-open view over the surroundings. A bit further one arrives at Puerto de San Miguel, a small tourist resort with a nice sandy beach and clear water. We can recommend the fish restaurant Port de Balancat situated directly on the beach. From here along a picturesque coastal road, you arrive to Benirras, an unspoiled hippy beach with white sand and beautiful water, great for all kinds of watersports. San Lorenzo is a rural village with beautiful surroundings; we can recommend the restaurants La Paloma with its organic kitchen served in an orange tree orchard or the upscale Atzaro.
