Beautiful country house with swimming-pool 10x5 m.2, set amidst extensive grounds full of rosemary,almond and olive trees, in a very peaceful area with no immediate neighbours. The right place to feel "far away from the madding crowd". Full privacy and entertainment. And you can bring back home as many almonds and olives as you want!
There is satellite TV, snooker and table tennis, fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful sitting area in front of the pool. Four bedrooms (but two people more can sleep in the big sofa-bed in the living room), two of them with air conditioner.

Golf fanatics can delight in knowing that the island's only -18hole golf course is nearby at Roca Llisa. Combine this with the first class variety of town and country restaurants, shops, and markets, including the famous Hippy Market at Es Canr and you will have all you could wish for a perfect holiday in the sun.

How to get there
To get to the villa From the airport you have to head in direction to Santa Eularia. After 10 min drive you will see on your left a traffic circle. On the right of this traffic circle it starts the road to San Juan... After 8 min drive you will be at km 15 and you will see, on the right a restaurant called Cana Pepeta.We will meet there, in the parking lot.

To book the villa country house the client has to pay a deposit of 1000 euros through bank transference (it is given back at departure provided there is no damage to the country house).The payment for the stay is done at arrival to Ibiza. you will need to transfer to my bank a security deposit of 1000 euros for booking, such deposit to be returned to you at the end of youre stay, if all ok with the housein order for you to do this I will give you ,all details of the bank account of me . and I will let you know at once ,when the monies have been received. the payment for the villa -country house will be due on youre arrival to Ibiza in cash.
The people staying in the country house can leave the country house at any time on the leaving day but on the arriving day the time the people can go inside the house is subjected to the time I need to make the house clean and ready for them. I ask your understanding and patience on your arriving day.

We love this villa we injoy alot from the house and from all the atmosphere around.... this is the secound time we took this villa and we will like next year to do it again thanks for all.... we miss to play ping pong and to swim naked in the pool .we feel so free in youre villa and we like so much the idea that there is no one around and only countryside... This is the second year we took the villa and we never get tired from it. We enjoy so much in the villa we love the pool alot and the countryside. We will come back next year again to this villa. We miss to play ping pong again there.
