Located in the north of the island, next to Port de San Miguel offers guests all amenities and services they need during their stay. Ibiza Town is a 20 minute drive and as the island?s capital is an absolute must-see. Charming and atmospheric, it is the ideal place to spend an afternoon or evening wandering the old town and enjoying a meal in one of its many world-class restaurants. The villa itself is one of Ibiza?s most luxurious, with no expense having been spared in its facilities and decoration, both inside and out. A real highlight of this property is its fabulous outdoor space. A large modern terrace complete with infinity pool, sun-deck, chill-out area and shaded outdoor dining table gives unbeatable views out to the ocean, allowing guests to enjoy incredible nightly sunsets from the comfort of the villa. The house interior is just as impressive, with brand new appliances throughout and an attention to detail and contemporary style which is hard to beat. Sliding glass doors lead from the terrace to a cool and tranquil living area, from where stairs climb to the second floor. The modern dining room is situated nearby, and the bright and spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The rest of the house is dedicated to the seven en-suite bedrooms, a number of which have their own private terrace looking out to the ocean or surrounding hills. Each of the bedrooms has been individually decorated in a modern style, and features en-suite bathroom, LCD television and dvd, air-conditioning and ample storage space. The villa is situated with secure gated grounds, and features parking space for 6 cars and a fully-equipped modern gymnasium which is entirely at guest?s disposal. Grounds 2000m2. House 730m2 in two levels. House is accessed through the top level into the hall. Straight ahead is the living room with dining area on the right with table and chairs to seat 10 people. Living area is equipped with white L-shaped leather sofa and two matching puffs with a wooden coffee table in the center. Next to the living area is an office with a long table equipped with printer, internet connections etc. The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher and has a back door to the exterior. Master bedroom is on this level and has a king sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a bath tub in the bedroom. The master room has a separate toilet and shower room. All bedrooms have sea views (except for one),en suite bathrooms with separate walk in showers, flat screen TV?s and fitted cupboards. Bedroom 2 is situated one level up over the living area and accessed by modern wooden steps with no railing. This bedroom has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and private terrace with two sun beds. Bedroom 3 is situated past the dining area and contains a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and built in bathtub at floor level. The rest of the bedrooms area accessed from the exterior and are situated at a lower level. They are all double beds (1.60m x 2.00m). Separate gym with sea views. Grounds: covered parking for 2 cars and exterior parking with sun roof for 5 cars. At the front of the house on the top level is the large sun terrace with swimming pool 12m x 7m), outdoor dining, sun loungers and chill out area. There are two further terraces at different levels. All with sea views.
