About the home

Apartment 40 m2 ( 32m + 8 m terrace).1 bedroom with one bunk bed. In the dining room a sofabed for 2 persons and another sofa (no bed) .Ideal for two persons or for a couple with one or two children. Spectacular views, swimming pool, parking, garden for children, place to sunbathe and access to the sea all shared but private for the community. 15 minuts walking to the centre and beach of Sant Feliu de Guixols.

The Sant Feliu de Guixols area

Sant Feliu de Guixols is a popular tourist resort on the Costa Brava, located on the Mediterranean and blessed with an ideal climate all year round. The coastline is one of the main attractions: extending for over 10 kilometres, it includes many little bays with coves where you can sunbathe or swim in the clean, crystalline water. Other attractions include the Sant Feliu de Guixols Monastery, which dates back to the medieval era.
If you want you can go to Playa de Aro (3km).Modern, cosmopolitan Platja d'Aro sits alongside elegant S'Agaró, where a recognised circular route skirts the peaceful streets of the old town. Castell d'Aro is the historical centre, and preserves all its medieval charm.

SANT FELIU DE GUIXOLS Is 30 km from THE RAIL STATION OF GIRONA ,then you can take a Bus to Sant Feliu with the Company SARFA BUSES. (www.sarfa.com) or TEISA BUSES. Is 30 km.from GIRONA-AIRPORT, in the airport you can rent a car to Sant Feliu for exemple with the Company (www.carhire3000.com) /Is100km from Barcelona and 110 km from the Barcelona-Airport./If you arrive at Barcelon-Airport, you can take a Train (Cercanias Renfe Lines: 1,3 or 4) and stops at the Station of "Arc de Triomf" and then take a SARFA BUS to Sant Feliu de Guixols at the Central Bus Station(www.barcelonanord.com)
