There is a beautiful private garden with a large heated swimming pool with diving board, a large round oak table with stools in the garden is perfect for outside entertaining and barbecues. This area can be lit up at night. The property offers 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, both en-suite and a twin/double with a separate bath/shower room ). Accommodates 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and is excellent for self-catering. There is a covered verandah for dining. The living area is tastefully furnished and decorated and provides satellite TV and stereo. There is a private sundeck upstairs on the roof that cannot be overlooked. Both the beautiful town of Sant Feliu and its beach and the lovely bay and beach of S’Agaro are within walking distance

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
It is possible to reach Barcelona in an hour and absorb the cosmopolitan chique of one of Europe’s most fashionable cities- shop to drop alongside some of Europe’s most fashionable people - where the influence of Gaudi seems to pervade on every corner. Salvador Dali was also from this area and his museum is a short drive to Figueres, or visit pretty Cadaques where he spent most of his creative years. Even the contrast in language and culture can be sampled by driving over the French border which is a little more than fifty miles north of this special location.
Some of the best sailing in Europe is off the Costa Brava, and the Medes Islands is a marine national park providing great scuba diving. There is no shortage of activity for all the family with the Costa Brava’s famous beaches and coves, a water-park, several carting tracks, cycle routes, mountain walks, butterfly park and much much more.

Explore some of the other beautiful bays and beaches in this area. Also there are the mountain regions in-land, and the Pyrenees are only a couple of hours away. Tapas, fresh fish, salads and grilled meats are typical dishes,many charming restaurants serve three courses with wine and coffee, all for around £5.All types of water sports, golf, cycling, walking and golf are all available here and there is a large water park close by in busy Platja D'Aro. If it is night life you want Platja D'Aro offers the most variety
How to get there
Directions From Girona airport (Vilobi D’Onyar) to Cami de les Bateries
Leave airport follow signpost for Sant Feliu de Guixols Roundabout at Casa de la Selva turn right towards Sant Feliu de Guixols on C35. Stay on this road until you reach second exit for Sant Feliu de Guixols, (North) also signposted to S’Agaro and Castell D’Aro. Take road straight on towards Sant Feliu de Guixols. Stay on this road for approx 3km until you reach roundabout in Sant Pol. Turn right towards Sant Feliu de Guixols. After 1km you will reach a roundabout under construction, go straight on up to next roundabout with black and red contemporary tubular monument. Turn right onto Cami de Les Bateries. 400 m up the hill you will find the Villa. It is where this road splits there is a large iron double gate with the name L’Esplai on the wall to the right of the gate

Further details outdoors: We have created a fantastic exterior garden design with swoops and curves fusing the lush green lawn areas with paved terracing. There is a riot of colour provided by the Mediterranean plants and shrubs, multi coloured Bougainvilleas, wisteria, Oleanders and lillies amoung others create the rainbow.
Water features tinkle surrounded by hanging vines and have a calming cooling effect in one of the other relaxing areas we have created in this perfect setting.
