(southwestern Sardinia) The "Residenza Santa Caterina" (house # 3) can accommodate 6 people with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living / dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette, terrace and courtyard.

-The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi at 20 gigs, 3 or 2 LCD HD TV, safe, solar panels, heater, wall-hung fittings, wall phone, washing machine and dishwasher.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Residenza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
