Immerse yourself in times gone by in this splendid historic villa on the Sorrento peninsula with views of the sea and the Gulf of Naples.

Villa Jasmine is a superb period property on three floors and was built as a farmhouse in 1892. It has recently been renovated but retains its original architectural features.

The size of the villa is truly impressive, around 1,000 m2, which allows it to accommodate up to 30 people in several bedrooms on different floors.

Upon arrival at the villa, you will be welcomed by a very large park with sun terrace, sauna, tennis court, car park and heliport. There’s also a separate area with a swimming pool and corner whirlpool tub, equipped with parasols, sun loungers and open-air shower.

The ground-floor living room features cotto floor tiles, sofas, TV, a beautiful period fireplace and three windows with views of the garden and sea.

Also on the ground floor are two professional kitchens, both with gas-fired hob, electric oven, commercial fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, moka pot coffee maker and wood-fired oven. French windows lead from the first kitchen to the terraces and from the second kitchen to the patio and garden. There is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The first and second floors are dedicated to bedrooms, while the top floor features a bedroom with a 30-m2 private terrace with sea views and a gazebo, whirlpool tub, tables, chairs and sun loungers.
