The first floor comprises one open plan living room dining room and kitchen and occupies the whole of the first floor to take advantage of the hilltop views.

Downstairs there are four bedrooms. The bedrooms are presented as two doubles with king-sized beds, one twin bedded room and one single. The three double bedded rooms all have ensuite bathrooms in travertine limestone and the single has a separate bathroom next to it. There is wireless Internet, a satellite phone and a version of English Sky television.

Outside Casa Bella Vista has its own 10 x 5 m swimming pool with child friendly Roman steps and unrivalled views of miles of uninhabited wooded landscapes into Umbria and the Alpe de la Luna hills of the National Park from one side and miles of rolling Tuscan hills into Tuscany on the other.
