Home description

Tastefully decorated farmhouse located in Sannat Gozo. Located in the quite area of the village, with unobstructed picturesque country views. Spectacular Sunsets can be enjoyed from the two terraces. This house is built with the traditional Maltese limestone. Furniture is rustic style.

Ground floor comprises of Entrance, Living and Dining combined, Shower Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Swimming pool with deck area for sunbating and bbq area. A stone stair case leads to the first floor. First floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and one shower room(ensuite). Lovely terrace facing West for some magnificent sunsets, and a balcony overlooking the swiming pool area. A spiral staircase leads to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Two other big terraces, one overlooking the pool and the other the countryside.

The Island of Gozo region

Gozo enjoys warm summers and mild winters.
Enjoy an active summer on Gozo. Villages hold their local feast on weekends. Food and wine festivals. Tourists lazing on the beaches. Restaurants, seaside cafe`s, nightclubs....these are all literally minutes away by car.
Winter life is more serene.

Sannat area

Sannat is a tranquil town, within walking distance from the capital Victoria. Every thing is so close by. Sannat is great for country walks and biking. Being on the Western side of Gozo it enjoys scenic sunsets, especially from Ta Cenc cliffs. In Sannat there are also local pubs, for those who would love to mix with the local community. There is also a five star hotel. Closest restaurants are in Victoria, 15 minute walk away.

How to get there

Malta is well connected.
Gozo is a 25 min ferry ride away.
Airport transfers easily arranged....just ask!
