Well presented Sanlucar de Barrameda four bedroomed golf course villas which sleep up to 8 people each with private pool located and garden. The villas have views over the first hole and surrounding picturesque countryside. The 800 m2 garden has a private pool 8m x 4m and the garden has a BBQ and garden furniture. The Sanlucar golf course villa is 4km from the town centre and beaches of Sanlucar de Barrameda. Currently the golf course has two cafes with more bars and restaurants available in the town centre or a short drive away. The entrance hall is double height and is also the dining room. From the entrance hall, access is gained to all the other ground floor rooms; a twin bedroom with safe, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and lounge. The lounge has English and Spanish TV channels and DVD player. From the lounge, doors lead onto a covered terrace, garden with BBQ and pool. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. There are two twin bedrooms and one family bathroom. The double en-suite bedroom has a small balcony which has garden, pool and golf course views. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling wardrobes. Off-street parking is available for two cars and additional parking is available on the street in front of the villas. Towels (not including beach/pool towels) and bed linen are included in the rental rates.

The Costa de la Luz / Cadiz Province region
Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light) is the western part of the Andalucia coastline that faces out to the Atlantic. It has more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and the annual rainfall is low. In December, the average maximum daily temperature is 16 degrees cent. and in August it is 30 degrees. The beaches are expansive, backed by sand dunes and pine trees, and the area is favoured by surf-boarders and wind-surfers. There are plenty of historic places to visit in this area. Jerez is the sherry capital of Spain and famous for the Royal School of Equestrian Arts and its traditional flamenco. Cadiz is an ancient city and is the oldest in Western Europe, it's also a paradise for art enthusiasts. Seville is universally famous for being a joyous town; it is the largest town in Southern Spain, the city of Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro.
Sanlucar de Barrameda area
The lively resort town of Sanlucar de Barrameda is famous for the sherry it produces, using the unique white soil which is characteristic to these areas. The seaside town is almost split into two parts with an array of sherry bodegas on one side and the trendy waterfront on the other. The Plaza de Cabildo is the area for eating and drinking, and the nearby market offers much entertainment. If you happen to visit Sanlucar in August, watch out for the annual horse race that is held on the beach during low tide. It's a very historical event and is considered to be one of the oldest races throughout Spain. If you want to experience the real Andalucia and avoid the commercialism and mass tourism of the other Costas, then Sanlucar de Barramedea is an ideal town to visit and experience.
How to get there
Jerez de Frontera Airport is only a 25 minute drive away from the Villa. There are regular flights from Stansted, Manchester and London airports. There are also scheduled flights from the UK to Seville Airport which is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes drive away.
