This air conditioned property was constructed approximately 9 yrs ago, and forms part of an urbanization of typical Spanish residencies. The house enjoys a small private tiled garden area, which overlooks some public gardens, and the town and coast beyond. Entrance hall, lounge and kitchen with utility room. Down stairs toilet. Stairs leading to small back bedroom to sleep 2, small built in wardrobe space. There is also a long front main double bedroom with a large built in wardrobe area, with a view of the sea and coastline. Main bathroom with bath and shower. This completes the 2nd floor. Leading up to the 3rd floor is a spiral staircase which leads to 2 bedrooms. There a double bed and another conected room with 1 single bed. Draw space only. The front bedroom has a TV and DVD player, there is also a patio door leading onto a sun terrace.

The Costa de la Luz / Cadiz Province region
The region is famous for sherry production, sea food, religious festivals and carnivals.
There are fantastic sherry distillaries in Jerez to visit. Wonderful festivals in Cadiz and world class history and shopping in Seville.
In the hight of the summer tempuratures hover around 90-95% however there is always a cooling atlantic breeze.
Sanlucar de Barrameda area
There are more excellent coastal towns with great beaches notably Rota, Puerto Santa Maria and Chippiona. We would also recommend a visit to the famous Cuidad Blanco (White villages) at Arcos Del la Fronterra and Medonia Sidonia.
You can stroll into the town and it will take about 15 mins, passing through the old local shops and houses. This walk will lead you directly into a more modern shopping area and also into the old spanish square's where you can sample the local Tapa's and see all the spanish way of life. Sanluca is a very authentic spanish town and is famous for it's seafood. Sanluca is a working town and renound for the local sherry which is called Manzanilla. The beach at Sanluca streaches for 2 miles and is made up of very fine sand. The beach benefits from bars, fresh food restaurants and life guards. As the beach is predominantly next to the estuary the water is very warm, shallow and safe. The world famous cities of Jerez, Cadiz and Seville are between 30 mins and 1 Hr away by car.

Ryanair to Jerez (30 mins drive from house). Ryanair to Seville (1 hr from house). Monarch to Gibraltar (2 hrs from house). Car Hir Companys Eurocar and Crown cars available from Jerez, Seville and Gibraltar airports.

Deposit of 20% payable to secure reservation. Full balance payable no later than 4 weeks before departure. No deposits returned upon cancellation within 4 weeks of departure. Payment by cheque with 3 days clearance.

There is bedding/linen available at the house.
It is the guests responsiblility for the cleaning of the house on departure. It is a very easy house to keep clean. We would expect you to leave the house as clean as you will find it. If a cleaner is required then there would be an extra charge of £30
