Villaluz is a unique and charming villa at the beach front in Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz).

It was built in 1920 by Aníbal González as one of the summer villas constructed for the court of the Orleans Duke. It is inspired both in the typical watching towers of the merchants of the New World and in the local wineries of the Sherry and Manzanilla wine region.

Its name: Villaluz, represents the cult to the evening light of the first dwellers, the Phoenicians and Tartessians, who were marveled by the beautiful sunsets and the special light of this coast.


And all this enjoying a year-round mild weather, with more than 3000 sun hours per year.
