This villa is situated in a quite area of sanibel called Lake Murex.It is a spacious 4 bedroom villa with a large salon and 2 verandas ,a large poolside area ,bbq,6 bikes,garage,easyroom off the poolside.The house has Bose music system, cable tv ,2 dvd players ,high speed wireless internet access,the phone system allows for free local,national and Cananian calls .
The pool is caged for safety,large garden.There is private access to a private lake in front of the villa.The beach is less than 1 km away ( see ariel photo).There are cycle lanes to everywhere.The island has a huge selection of fine restaurants.The beaches are always quiet.Crime is practically non-existent.The island is very welcoming and extremely child friendly and safe.

The climate is perfect for sun holidays all year round.The island is narrow with a beach one side and lakes,marinas,and shallow canoeing and fishing bays the other side.Sanibel is an upmarket destination and forbids the big names like mc donalds,walmart,pizza hut and amost other multiples that you find throughout the states so most of the shops and restaurants are owner run giving a very low key ,easy going ,personal and friendly athmosphere to the island.There are cycle lanes everywhere.Crime does not exist .A great place for kids.

Fort Myers airport is 30 mins from sanibel. Orlando is 3 hours Miami 3 hours Ft.lauderdale 2 hours. Delta,continental,american airlines,us airways jetblue similar to ryanair fly from the major east coast cities direct to ft.myers. I use holidayautos.com or carjet.com
