This villa is situated in a quite area of Sanibel called Lake Murex .It is a spacious 4 bedroom villa with a large salon and 2 verandas ,a large poolside area ,bbq,garage,easyroom off the poolside.The house has a Bose music system, cable tv , tvs in all bedrooms ,2 dvd players ,high speed wireless internet access, phone .
The pool is situated in a large garden on the banks of Lake Murex..The beach is 1 km away ( see ariel photo).There are cycle lanes to everywhere.The island has a huge selection of fine restaurants.The beaches are always quiet.Crime is practically non-existent.The island is very welcoming , extremely child friendly and safe.

RENTAL PROCEDURE . All rates are plus 11% tax .One third booking deposit , balance due 3 months prior to arrival. There's a $500 damage deposit , refunded within a week of departure.change over day is Saturday.Check in is 4pm , check out is 11am.

Florida is the sun-fun state with year round sun and heat .Florida is famous for its attractions especially around Orlando .Its quiet commercialised so when you've enough of the theme parks and the shows and you crave for peace and tranquility escape to Sanibel, the kids will love it .Sanibel Island is joined to the mainland by a 5 km bridge. Over half the island is a nature reserve and you can cycle, drive or canoe through most of it.
The famous Florida Everglades are just an hour away!
The Sanibel area
Sanibel is perfect for sun holidays all year round. as it is situated in Southwest Florida. The island is narrow with the gulf one side and the bay other side.Sanibel is an upmarket destination and forbids the big names like Mc Donalds,Walmart,Pizza Hut and most other multiples that you find throughout The States ,so most of the shops and restaurants are owner run, giving a very low key ,easy going ,personal and friendly atmosphere to the island.There are cycle lanes everywhere.Crime does not exist .A great place for kids. There are 3 beautiful golf courses on the island The Dunes ,The Sanctuary and Beach View .
