Sugar Hill is situated on Molyneux Road in Sandy Lane and sits on approximately 75,087 sq. ft. of land. It is comprised of two en suite bedrooms in the main house, living room, dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, staff quarters and western patio overlooking the magnificent views of the ocean.

There is a also a two bedroom cottage situated on the land which has a living room and kitchen. A large 22' x 42' swimming pool completes this property. The private beach and cabana are only a short walk away.
