About the home

One of the best apartments in the complex, for those who like a bit of luxury, with a beautiful extremely spacious double terrace. This beautiful apartment consists of a lounge with two sofas, TV, air conditioning and a tiled floor. Attractive dining room, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave and fridge, a large American style fridge/freezer is also available in the back room of the apartment.

There is a lovely main bedroom, fully carpeted, king size bed and air conditioning. A second bedroom, leading from the main bedroom has a large sofa bed which converts from a sofa to a bed in three easy movements. it also has fitted wardrobes and is fully carpeted. The bathroom is quite luxurious with a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin with marble surround. Please note that this apartment is only for two persons to stay.

A starter pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, milk, a loaf, a small piece of cheese, spread and six eggs.

Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels). There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer within the complex for which tokens can be purchased from reception.

There is also a games room with full size snooker table plus a gym next to the games room.

There is no direct lift access to this apartment, but the lift can be taken to the 2nd floor and a short flight of stairs lead to this floor.

A 50% deposit (non refundable) is required when booking. Full balance required 1 month prior to stay.
In addition a deposit of £200 will be required when booking to be held by the owner for any damage which occurs during your stay . The £200 can be paided with the Final payment of your stay.

This will be return to you with in ten days of your departure .
The Property available to over 50's only , as long as one of the persons staying in the flat is over 50's that should be o/k . This apartment is for two people only to stay .

The Rock of Gibraltar region

There is a diverse range of attractions on offer in Gibraltar. Steeped in a history and culture.

A wide range of activities from rock touring, to sailing, diving, fishing and bird watching bring visitors back again and again.

You can go to the top of the Rock by cable car and see the wonderful view. Both Worlds is also visable from there. You can then walk down to St. Michaels Cave which is stunning, one of the most interesting views in the Med. There is also a lower St.Michaels Cave which you can only go with a guide, but is really worth seeing.

Ocean Village and Queensway Quay are really attractive places to visit both with a wide selection of good places to east out and relax.

The number 4 bus will also take you into the main town of Gibraltar . There are many familiar shops in town including M & S, BHS, Next etc. as well as a good selection restaurants and bars. Or you can just sit at the Piazza with a coffee and watch the world go by. Among other places of interest is a small but interesting museum.
You can also arrange to have a tour through the many tunnels in the Rock .

The Sandy Bay / Both Worlds area

The no.4 bus will take you in to town , there is also another bus that stop directly outside the main reception door directly into town , or Catalan Bay in just 10mins walk away with the 4 star Caleta Hotel and several small bars and restaurants. the no. 4 bus will also take you to Morrison's Supermarket should you need to stock up with food.
All Bus rides cost from 50p to £1.50p for an all day return with this all day ticket you can go any were in Gibraltar all day long so there is no need to hire a car if you don't wish to they run from 7am till 9pm please ask the bus driver for the weekends on times .
You can find the Tourist Board in casements square if you ask them they will be able to give you what's on in Gibraltar for the month.

The easiest way is to fly in to Gibraltar Airport. Which is just 10mins taxi ride from Both Worlds.
British Airways, Hearthrow Easy Jet , Gatwick and Liverpool , Monarch Luton , Manchester all flights are directly into Gibraltar,
If you wish you can fly to Malaga then you can hire a car or taxi then drive into Gibraltar it takes two half hours to get to Gibraltar. Or you can fly to Jerez it take about one half hour drive into Gibraltar.
From March 2012 next year there will be British M Baby will fly from East Midland into Gibraltar.
All Bus rides are free for everyone in Gibraltar so there is no need to hire a car if you don't wish to they run form 7am in the mormning till 9pm in the evening. There is now a bus service that stop directly out side the main reception door directly in to town. One more thing try an pay in Pounds when you eat out , you get a better deal than in Euro's.

“All you could ever need” Superb apartment for an relaxing holiday. Evereything supplied with a really clean and bright setting.Never wanted for anything at all. Buses easy into the centre and a good restaurant within walking distance.Although we never used the beach it is right on the doorstep and clean and inviting.Going to sleep with the gentle swish of the sea on the beach was one of the best parts of the holiday, apart of course from watching from the balcony with a large cold drink , the boats large and small pass by . What a place !

“Great place to stay!” Lovely homely apartment with all the home comforts you could wish for. You can stay in if you want to completely relax, or hop on a bus to go out - or walk if you are more energetic! If you don't like washing up duties at home, you will here! Standing at the sink you will be looking out through the balcony door across the sea, hearing the waves on the beach. You can eat in or eat out - just a short distance away is Catalan Bay where you can sit outside again overlooking the sea and is quieter than Main Street or Ocean Village if you prefer. The lovely beach is right underneath the apartment, just a few steps down. The only thing I could wish for is Wi-Fi to reach the apartment, so I wouldn't have to get dressed to go to the Reception area to check-in for our flights home online!

“Beautiful apartment in a peaceful location” The apartment is set in the other 50's section. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean, spacious with all the amenities you could possibly need. A welcome pack was available, which was absolutely brilliant as the last thing we wanted to do on arrival was to go food shopping. Buses are free in Gilbralter and when the sun went off the bacony around 4.30, we would head for the bus and spend early evening in the town, soaking up the sun and dining before heading back on the last bus at 9.00. We would seriously recommend this apartment for a chill out week.
