There are many fine examples of the local carrstone and flint architecture to be found within this thriving village which is rich in history. A good choice of local beaches, the nearest at Snettisham is only two miles away, with the coastal resorts of North and West Norfolk readily accessible. The area offers good walking and cycling opportunities and if ornithology is a passion then Dersingham boasts its own English Nature Reserve, with Holme - Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Titchwell and Snettisham - RSPB reserves a short distance away. The village has a wide variety of local shops and pubs, which serve food.
Silver Birches is an attractive property which is attached to the owners` home. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The specialist non-slip flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, ramp to the front door and wide doorways, make this a property that is particularly suitable for the less able. Parking: On gravelled driveway which is shared with the owners.

Also Provided: Towels. Internet access. Books, games and radio. Wheelchair available on request (small charge for charity payable to owner), please advise when booking.
Notes: Although this is a non smoking property you can smoke in the summer house. This property is not suitable for children.
