Woodsmoke has 2 large family rooms, one off the galley kitchen with a large plasma sky tv and a reception room at the top of the property. 3 double bedrooms 1 leading onto the garden and 1 overlooking the country views off its own balcony.

The property has an amazing Decking area and also two other balconies, a huge garden perfect for a well behaved dog with an abundance of wildlife ie red squirrels that sometimes can be hand fed and badgers, rabbits and buzzards.
At the bottom of the garden there is a small copse leading onto woodland walks.
There is also parking for 9 cars.
Conditions
Woodsmoke will allow well behaved dogs under owners discretion as long as there is documented evidence that it has been immunized of any parasites. please enquire.

The Sandown / Alverstone Garden Village area
Alverstone itself is an idyllic village which offers quiet countryside riverside walks/cycle tracks, with amazing views and wildlife from red squirrels and badgers that regularly feed in the garden and only a 3 minute walk from quiet fishing ponds.
But also is only a stones throw away from Sandown and Shanklins beaches, Golf courses, zoo's and Shanklins well known Shanklin Chine and Old village.

Woodsmoke is approximately a 10 or 20 minute drive from 2 of the most popular used Isle of Wight ferry ports, These cross to the island from Southamptons RED FUNNEL crossing or Portsmouths WIGHTLINK crossing. There is also a RED FUNNEL crossing which can be boarded from Red Funnels Lymington, Close to the New forest.
