Gite Charme 4*, au Cadran Solaire,dans une maison de caractère restaurée, au 1er étage,55 m2, pour 2/4 personnes. WIFI gratuit.

Climatisation par rafraichisseur d'air.

Le gîte est tout confort, indépendant, on y entre par une cour intérieure , il est orienté coté village. Il comprend 1 séjour/salon,1 cuisine américaine très bien équipée avec électroménager de qualité ,

1 chambre avec un lit grand confort de 160 cm de largeur et la possibilité de faire 2 lits séparés de 80, 1 coin nuit avec 2 lits superposés, la literie est neuve et de très bon confort,

1 salle d'eau et des toilettes.

La terrasse avec salon de jardin et barbecue est installée dans le jardin romantique et fleuri, vous pourrez également profiter du beau parc arboré et clos.

-Dans le village,les commerces et les restaurants sont sur place ainsi que les produits locaux dans les fermes.

Les prix sont charges comprises avec un forfait chauffage inclus dans le prix de la location.

En option, linge de lit, linge de maison, serviettes de toilette et ménage fin de séjour .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
