Traditional Sicilian Villa in very quiet relaxing location. The Villa offers an outdoor kitchen and large terrace/garden space for outdoor dining and is only 150 metres from the sea. During summer most guests stay outside making use of the fantastic outdoors, dining on the large external marble table, barbecuing, swimming or playing outdoor games and reading.

San Vito Lo Capo area

"Saint Vitus Cape" is a charming coastal town in the Trapani area with a great beach. Extending below Mount Cofano, a high pointed limestone cliff visible from a distance, San Vito is near the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the hamlet of Scopello, where some scenes of the movie Ocean's Twelve were filmed in 2004. San Vito is known for its annual couscous festival (see below). A good place for a vacation, and Erice and Segesta, two of Sicily's historic jewels, are not far away.

For Visitors: San Vito holds a couscous festival the third week of September. Trapani has a summer music festival (the Luglio Musicale Trapanese) in July, and in spring an annual tuna festival based on the mattanza. Speaking of seafood, it is excellent in this part of Sicily. We suggest the tuna, a delicious experience nothing like the stuff you buy in cans at the supermarket; it's not even the same variety.

The 'Ninfee' is a typical traditional Italian holiday house, offering good quality of furniture. No TV and only a radio to be in touch with the outside world guarantees real relaxation. The house offers 3 double bedrooms, 1 small single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with Shower/WC, a comfortable and cosy living-room and a large kitchen. During summer most guests stay outside making use of the fantastic outdoors, dining on the large external marble table, barbecuing, swimming or playing outdoor games and reading.

A marvellous house at the foot of the mountain ‘Monte Monaco’, located approximately 150 metres from the seashore nearby the historical tunafishing building 'Tonnara del Secco’ one of the few left in Sicily, offers a authentic Sicily holiday within the spectacular landscape of the Nature park 'Zingaro' and the fabulous beach of San Vito lo Capo. This is a place that was left untouched by the construction boom of the eighties and thus is uniquely ‘unpolluted’ and ‘uncluttered’. It is likely that the only visitors you see will be the cows and sheep outside the fence surrounding the property.

Refundable breakages deposit of Euro 200 required on arrival, to be refunded after satisfactory property inspection before your departure.

20% of rental fee is due in order to secure your booking, and the remainder six weeks before your stay.
