About the home

This lovely holiday house is located in San Vito Lo Capo, just a few minutes on foot from the beautiful beach and San Vito town centre. It is part of a small complex of houses with communal entrance through a remote- controlled automatic gate. Entrance to the house is through a terrace at the front. There is also a small private garden. A private parking space is allocated to the front of the property.

The accommodation consists of: on the ground floor,a large living room with TV, table and chairs, equipped kitchen and utility room, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning.

Stairs lead to the lower ground floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a big and nice bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning on the lower ground floor in the hallway (not in the bedrooms) as being a semi-basement it is quite cool in the summer.

Further details outdoors:
This house benefits from 2 small private terraces, one to the front of the house and one to the back. In this way you can choose sun or shade at any time of the day. The front and back terraces are equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers and the back one has also got a barbecue.

Between Trapani and Marsala, in the protected area of Stagnone, is the Via del Sale (The Salt Route) with windmills for processing salt, some of which are still operating, while others are set up as historical museums. An obligatory stop-off is the island of Mozia, once a Phoenician settlement, with the Withaker Archaeological Museum.

San Vito Lo Capo is a small town in North-Western Sicily. Apart from its natural beauty, sandy beaches, clear water, there are a few events that make this town popular, from the famous cous cous festival in September to pastries and ice cream culinary events. Nearby is the Natural Reserve of Lo Zingaro, where you can still find unspoilt beaches with white sand and crystal clear water and lovely footpaths that stretch 7 km to the other side at Scopello . San Vito is a popular family resort renowned for it's lovely sandy beach.
