Villa Turchino is located just two minutes’ walk from the beach ( steps leading down to the beach ). Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the village of San Vito Chietino, it has easy access to a few nearby excellent restaurants for eating out.
Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with sea view, furnished with two tables and chairs to enable you to dine 'al fresco'. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The incontaminated waters make it an ideal location for those interested in water sports as well as diving.The sea-views can be enjoyed from every room of the house.The villa is also surrounded by a vast garden filled with olive and orange plants.
It consists of 2 separate apartments on 2 floors, the ground floor being available for renting. The apartment measures about 80 square metres and consists of : kitchen, living room 2 bedrooms, bathroom. A flight of stairs will lead you down to the beach characterized by beautiful rock formations standing out of the water
