The building, is spread over three floors served by elevator, and consists of 15 apartments of one room and two room . The accommodations are furnished with modern style , have an outdoor area and each apartament can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
The equipment includes air conditioning, television, avon bedding and towels changed weekly. Safe service at disposal . Pets allowed. In the residence there is a laundry and bikes on rent. The residence is only a short walking distance to restaurants and some shops for daily grocery shopping and dining out.
The sandy beach is equipped with beach beds, beach umbrellas and deck chairs (on payment).

San Vincenzo is a famous touristic seaside resort.surrounding by the natural park of Rimigliano for about seven km, up toBaratti's gulf from where one can see the wonderfulPopulonia and its specialetruscan necropolis .

San Vincenzo owns a modern new built tourist port opened recently.
