60 sq. m/646 sq. ft., two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps 4.

Accommodation type: self-catering.

General services: Linen provided, independent gas-heating, safe deposit-box, internet WiFi, air-cooling, radio-CD player.

Outdoor: private covered terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs.

Ground floor: A large room with living area, dining area, kitchen corner and wood burning fireplace.

Kitchen furniture: dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, Italian coffee maker and other utensils, fridge, four-burner stove, electric oven, vacuum-cleaner, washing-machine, kettle.

Living area: armchairs, seating for 4/5.

Dining area: table and chairs, seating for 4/6.

First floor: Bathroom with basin, toilet, bidet, shower.

Bedrooms: 1 twin with two single beds, 1 double with private covered terrace equipped with table and chairs, seating for 4/5.

Bathroom linen availability is composed by one small, one medium and one large size towel for a couple of person.

The towels can be used only into the apartments, swimming-pool towels are not available.

The linen for the baby cot are not available.

At last a new SPA facility dedicated to wellness and relax, available all year round for extra cost, that offer a heated mini pool with never ending swimming and air geyser; Sauna, Hammam, a tea corner, a complete toilet suitable for disabled people also and a rowing machine Concept2 model D with PM5, mat, elastic bands and 3-5kg weights, and more, also for water aerobics. Available all year, with extra cost, by reservation only and for private use.

NOTES

Outside: garden, 1000 sq. m/1200 sq. yd. of lawns, kitchen garden, a small orchard and aromatic herbs for cooking, private covered space with table, chairs and deckchairs, 20 hectares/50 acres of land among olive trees, fruit trees, woods and cultivation of wheat, corn and sunflowers.

Private swimming-pool 14x7 meters (about 46 x 22 ft.), depth min-max 1m-1,7m (3-5.5 ft.), surrounded by lawns and furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs. It's usually opened from June to September; if your rental is before the 31st of May or after the 15th of September, please contact us in order to know whether the pool is open or not.

Suitability: the apt2, Il Mandorlo, has one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and it's suitable for disabled.

Local activities: a beautiful and very interesting vulcanological park and museum (San Venanzo, 1.4km), walking tours, itinerary by bike, horse trails, public swimming-pool, public tennis court, excursions, riding grounds, fishing, rafting, canoeing, golf.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria Cristina (the owner) a message.

If Maria Cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
