Apartment in Villa 800m. distance (2 min by foot trough a direct street to the beach) from the sandy white beach of San Giovanni in Posada Village in a green and calm place near the sandy beach. Villa Magnolia is a perfect place to pass relaxing vacation for families or for young people.

The well equipped and modern bigger apartment has two good bedrooms, bath with shower, kitchen area and spacious living room with a balcony ideal for fresh dining, surrounded from a flourishing garden or sea view .
It's possible to add one more bed, for a group of 7 persons,

That apartment is ideal for families looking for relaxing time, but for young people too looking for night life,The relaxing time you can have in the wonderful Posada village and above all that Posada has such beautiful and clean beaches that guarantee a fantastic vacation.

The Sardinia region

This is Sardinia at its best, with crystal clear sea, endless silky white beaches alternating with steep cliffs and small rocky bays.

Rugged mountains give way to verdant hills, tranquil lakes and moors, inhabited by colourful butterflies and unusual birds. The scent of the pine forests and the fragrant macchia mixed with the sweet smell of myrtle and lemon trees. The sensation of finding oneself in a region where the stunning beauty of nature, the genuine character of the people, the many typical dishes and the ancient traditions seem to have remained unchanged over the years.

Traces of Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Arabs, Byzantines and Spanish influences, assimilated and integrated into its own culture. A feeling of authenticity even in the larger, more modern towns.

The San Teodoro area

Posada is famous not only for its natural heritage but also for its history and culture. The old Castle called Castello della fava towers above the whole town where you can still admire the Middle age ruins, which witness the importance of this small centre in Sardinian history.
There are three beaches: Orvili, Su Tiriarzu and San Giovanni.

The beach of Orvili extends itself for several kilometres, it's close to the mouth of the river Rio Posada and the pond Longo. It's a sandy beach, with some dunes of perfumed vegetation in the back The beach of Su Tiriarzu lies next to the ponds of Tondu and Longo, it's covered with clear sand and surrounded by the green Mediterranean Scrub. The beach of San Giovanni takes its name from the small hamlet which is only one km away from Posada. The beach is dominated by the presence of the tower, it’s protected by a green pine wood in the back, and its covered with fine and clear sand.

Posada lies in the central East Coast of Sardinia, it belongs to the province of Nuoro and it's easily reachable from Olbia through the main road Strada Statale 131. The distance between Olbia and Posada is only 40 km; its position, next to the main arterial road of Sardinia, makes it easy to travel both North and South.
