The villa is only 1.5km south of the centre of San Teodoro (for Shopping, Dining and Entertainment) and 25km south of Olbia's Costa Smeralda Airport.
This is a traditionally built villa with fantastic views out to the clear blue ocean. The property is very spacious with plenty to offer anyone coming to stay. There is a large veranda with dining seating and a sofa. This is a perfect location for 'al-fresco' dining or enjoying the evening warmth with a glass of Pinot Grigio blush. The kitchen has a large dining table making it ideal for entertaining whilst whipping up some delicious cuisine.

The Sardinia region
Sardinia is the second largest island found in the Mediterranean sea. Although it lies away from Italy it is classed as a constitutional part of Italy. On the whole Sardinia is very mountainous with few coastal plains. These mountain areas are divided into three different ranges. Due to being based in the Mediterranean sea the island benefits from a Mediterranean climate which means it has hot, dry summers and very mild winters.
The island has many interesting tourist attractions including the Capo Caccia cliffs, the world famous Neptun Cave, archaeological ruins, charming little sea towns and much more.
San Teodoro area
San Teodoro has become one of the most popular resorts to visit in Sardinia. The area is on the coast and benefits from 18 beaches and beautiful bays - some of which are only reachable by foot! La Cinta is one of the most famous beaches due to its stunning, fine white sands.
