The Lombardy / Lake Como Area

Lake Como is situated in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy, it is only a short distance from Milan, Lake Como is an oasis of tranquillity with its tropical plants and snow covered mountain peaks, it has a good climate from April till September, is possible to swim in the lake especially from May till September.


San Siro area

Menaggio is one of the most beautiful locality of Lake Como, is half way from Como town and Lake Lugano (Swiss), Menaggio has a very attractive lake shore and mountain views. The Ferries run from Menaggio to both the North and South of Lake Come making it an ideal centre for sightseeing. The lovely lakeside and harbour have many cafes where you can sit and relax. There is an 18 hole golf course, one of the oldest in Europe, at just 10 minutes driving from the apartment, water skiing and lots of other sports are all here to be enjoyed.

From Milan Airport (Linate and Malpensa): take the motorway in direction Como, take the exit COMO NORD (this is the last exit for Italy, otherwise you go in Swiss), follow the direction to Menaggio.
