This is a newly built two bedroom apartment with wonderful views over the "Jewel of the Lake" (Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna). It is in a small 12 apartment complex 2 mins from the town of San Siro with great restaurants, bars and some lovely beaches. From there you are only 5 mins from beautiful Menaggio with access to the rest of the lake via its busy ferry port.

This luxury apartment is fully fitted with Italian leather L shaped sofa and tiled throughout in Versace floor tiles. There is a shared pool in the complex and the apartment is situated on the ground floor with double terrace and private garden. Meals can be taken inside in the dining area or alfresco on the terrace where the stunning views can be fully appreciated. There is ample public parking adjacent to the property. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen/living room with TV, DVD, Playstation, two double bedrooms with king sized double beds and a bathroom with shower, bidet and wc.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area

With charming villages of Mennagio , Bellagio ,And Varenna located on the shores of Lake Como,you can acquaint yourself with the towns, its people, and their local customs. From here, cruise to gem-like islands, venture into medieval churches and Roman ruins, and enjoy a lesson in Italian cooking. Savor the everyday joys of la dolce vita in one of Italy’s most exquisite and exclusive spots.

Como has attracted visitors since at least Roman times when the lake was called Lario. Dotted with villas, gardens, much of it remains the tranquil romantic setting that has inspired countless artists, good and bad, but also partially has become the weekend playground for nearby Milan, which is only 25 km away from the southern end of the lake.
The lake is shaped like wishbone, with two thin legs extending about 50 km from end to end. It is less than 4.5 km at its widest point, but it is one of the deepest lakes in Europe, reaching a depth of over 1,300 feet at its deepest point. The eastern leg is often called Lago di Lecco. Interesting, the wind blows from the south from noon to sunset, and from the north during the night.
Along the shores of Lake Como are the charming towns of Tremezzo, Bellagio, Menaggio, Cernobbio, and Varenna. With the exception of Varenna, the eastern shore of Lake Como including Lecco, accommodations are much rarer and the towns are more rustic.
In addition to enjoying the incredible natural beauty along the lake and relaxation, there is also golf, sailing, boating, rowing, canoeing, water skiing, hiking and horse-riding.

A selection of beaches are within a 3 min drive. A beautiful pool in Menaggio has just opened with a bar and restaurant. It is located lakeside and beside a children's park with playground and mini golf course.

San Siro area

We are located about a 3 mins drive away from the village centre with shops bars and restaurants and a number of other shops i.e, green grocer’s, florist etc. There is a small shop about a 5 min walk from the apartment that can cater for all your basic needs (milk, bread, water etc.)San Siro has a lovely shingle beach and there are a number of other beaches a short distance from San Siro. There are numerous small bars in the village and a fantastic selection of restaurants and snack bars and in the surrounding areas (Zanzibar or Luigi’s are our favourites with great value in a beautiful rustic Italian setting).
Cremia is a neighboring village to the north and has a fantastic beach with beach bar restaurant. Also here there is a formal restaurant specializing in local cuisine and fish dishes from the lake. This is well worth a visit and is always full of locals who seem to regard it highly too. Cremia beach is a hotspot for water sports with wind surfing and kite boarding being the favourites. You can spend hours just watching the skill of the boarders.

Kitchen fully equipped for all budding master chefs with dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave, toaster, kettle and numerous small appliances.
Living room :Italian leather L-shaped sofa, TV, DVD, Playstation, CD player. Double patio door to private terrace and garden with breathtaking views of the lake.
Dining table seats 4 comfortably
Hand towels and bed linen is provided. Final clean €70.

A fully refundable security deposit of €250 is to be paid on arrival to our agents will return it on departure. The balance is due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation fees apply if you cancel the holiday less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
