Apartment "Le rose" 200 sqm 3 bedrooms

The apartment offers spacious and comfortable rooms that you will not find easily in other cottages,

All rooms overlook the courtyard of the estate, located in a natural oasis in the park of pheasants and hares in the hills of Chianti.

The apartment is on two levels: a ground floor, with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a typical fireplace.

From here you can access to a large private courtyard and garden with table, chairs and umbrella.

On the second floor. there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two ensuite), in addition to the living room where you can relax, watch TV or connect to the internet.

The apartment includes TV, internet, dishes and utensils and linens.

Quoted price includes weekly cleaning and linen change.

This is a perfect solution for a family or a group of friends, to spend an holiday in comfortables spaces in the more 'authentic' Tuscany Style ".

Rules and suggestions for guests

1. Arrivals and departures

Guests are received at their arrivals from 14.30 to 17.00.

Arrivals at different hours from those specified are accepted but has to be arranged in advance.

On check-out day, the apartment has to be vacated within 10 am.

2. Accomodation Cleaning and linen changing:

At the arrival, our guests will find the apartment clean and fully equipped with sheets and towels.

Linen are changed weekly; Extra changing are charged €15,00 per person and per change.

We invite our guests to keep their accomodation clean and tidy during their stay.

3. Parking

Parking is free and is located inside the property.

4. Pets

Your pets are welcome at Tenuta La Novella provided that they are educated and accustomed to meet other people and animals.

We ask that you please not allow pets to climb on sofas and beds, and that you supply your own pet bedding.

We remind our guests that Tenuta La Novella is part of the wildlife reserve Robbiana-Novella so their dogs must be on leashes when they walk out.

5. Lost Property

Please avoid leaving any valuables in your rooms. Management decline any responsibility for their eventual loss.

6. Reduction of domestic consumption and respect for environment

Coming to Tenuta La Novella you have chosen to have a very close contact with nature holiday; help us to respect and protect the environment by seeking to restrict the consumption of water, gas and electricity, and turning off lights and heating if you are not in the apartment or you don't need them.

6.a Winter Heating Consumption

Tenuta La Novella apartments are equipped with central heating. During winter (or until required), heating consumption will be charged at 3,70/m3 (meter reading at arrival and departure).

7. Rubbish

Respect nature by separating your garbage: paper, glass, plastic, organic, corks and general waste. This practice is very important for us.

Before leaving, we kindly ask you to empty the fridge and the trash.

8. Smoking

Our guests are kindly request to smoke outside of the apartments.

9. Damages

We remind our guest that in case of damage or breakage of furniture, appliances, dishes, knick-knacks, etc.. the cost will be charged according to the damage caused.

In the unlikely event that you observe any damage on your arrival or any issues arise during your stay, including maintenance, please contact us immediately. If you fail to do this then the owner cannot accept responsibility as they have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem.

10. Quiet is one of our best qualities; please, respect it

We invite our guests to engage a in good neighborly behavior and to avoid crowds and noisy activities to fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the place.

Particularly noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
