House in Lo Pagan, Mar Menor: New end town house, luxuriously and extensively equipped throughout to a very high standard. Located in the beautiful region of the Mar Menor, the house has views across the salt lakes and nearby nature reserve. Comprising of two bedrooms with balcony from main bedroom. Both bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lamps and suitcase storage.
The house is situated close to many golf courses in the Costa Calida and Costa Blanca areas and the prestigious La Manga golf resort. Restaurants, bars, shops and the many beaches of the Mar Menor are just a few minutes walk away. the famous thalasatherapy centre is just five minutes walk away.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Lo Pagan offers nightclubs and bars as well as water sports, fishing trips and beaches. Located at the northern end of the Mar Menor, with it's agricultural and fishing character, there is a busy tourist activity. The local therapeutic mud baths are a particular favourite as they are said to heal skin complaints and rheumatism. There is a nature reserve located on the salt lakes. This area is seen of prime ecological importance, is home to over one hundred species of bird and is used by migratory flamingos on their journey to Africa.
San Pedro Del Pinatar / Lo Pagan area
The local area is very flat and lends itself to cycling with dedicated cycle lanes commonplace. Golf is a major attraction for this area with many prime golf courses only a short drive away. There are many local markets close by with San Pedro on Mondays and Lo Pagan on Thursdays, and the famous Dos Mares shopping complex just a few miles along the N322. Close to the house are local bars, and a children’s play is just two minutes walk away. Festivals in San Pedro are commonplace and Easter & Christmas are particularly special with long parades through the town.
How to get there
Ideally placed with access from Murcia San Javier airport (10 mins) and Alicante airport (50 mins) Both airports are serviced by the majority of budget airlines. Car hire is not essential and airport transfers can be arranged.

Further details indoors: There are two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a rooftop solarium, large patio front, utility room/breakfast room extension to the rear and car parking area to the front. The lounge is furnished with a large three piece which comprises a sofa bed. A communal swimming pool is available for the exclusive use of clients.
Sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two persons. This is serviced by a ground floor bathroom with WC. The bedrooms have hairdryers and the master bedroom has a security safe. There is an iron and ironing board provided. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge for the warmer months, and an electric panel radiator for the cooler months. The TV receives freeview English TV channels. Bed linen is provided to suit the season and towels are provided but clients must bring their own beach towels. A cot/high chair can be provided upon request.
Further details outdoors: There is an extension to the rear of the property forming a handy utility room.There is a large patio at the front of the property with patio furniture to seat seven and sunloungers. There is also a BBQ. The patio has lockable front gates making it ideal for families with small children. The rooftop solarium is private and has patio furniture and sun loungers.

Airport transfers can be arranged in Spain and a welcome pack can be arranged if required. There is an English speaking housekeeper nearby in case of any enquiries.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking and a deposit of £100 is required as a damage/loss deposit. This is returned within seven days of departing the property following a satisfactory report.
Balance is payable six weeks before reserved date. Cancellation within six weeks of reserved date will result in 50% of deposit being returned.
Rental is payable in GBP Sterling unless otherwise arranged directly with the owner.
