The location is ideal for a family pool/beach holiday. Golf Lo Romero is 2 km from the house. It's also ideal for walking, with the hills and countryside lemon and orange groves abundant 1km towards Rebate and Orihuela and historic Murcia just 20kms drive North as a base for travelling in the region. Local Bars, Restaurants, Entertainment and Shops are a 0.3km walk and the local village of Pinar Campo Verde just 1km (20mins walk).Own transport is recommended while staying in the area but there is a local bus service to the town/beach of Pilar Horadada

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Sunshine for 10 months of the year with December and January cooler. This property is ideally located for a summer holiday for beach and pool activities in the area. April, May and September are deal for walking with temps in the mid to high-20s. Local golf courses are available all year round but golfers know what time of year and temperature suits their play. For touring historical locations in the area July and August are not the ideal times.
San Pedro Del Pinatar area
A beach/rural location with a beautiful coastline and the Mar Menor on the doorstep. The property is ideally situated for beaches, swimming pools, walking, golf and visiting sites of historical and cultural interest.
La Manga, with its fishing and beaches is 25kms away from the seaport of Cartagena and the historic city of Murcia. The local area offers shopping markets, fiestas almost weekly with a truly Spanish population who are totally involved in all activities and welcome visitors to their celebrations. The local multicultural European residents involve themselves and enjoy Spanish life as I am sure you will do.

Murcia Airport is located 12kms away and Alicante Airport 35kms away. Monarch, Jet 2, Ryan Air, Easyjet and BMI Baby airlines fly to Murcia and Alicante Airports. All major car hire companies operate from these airports details on line.
Private transport to the house can be arranged direct with the transporter.
Alicante Railway Station is 40kms away and the ferry port at Cartagena 35kms away.
