Quiet and peaceful, yet only thirty minutes from the larger towns of Cartagena and Murcia, the property has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The apartment benefits from a communal pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with open views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
San Pedro / Lo Pagan is a typical Spanish Town in South Eastern Spain known as Costa Calida. Lo Pagan is on the Mar Menor, separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a narrow 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga.
The Mar Menor is a mineral rich water lagoon, renowned for its health giving properties. Sea temperatures are 5 deg C above the Mediterranean and with its shallow tide-less waters make this ideal for safe bathing for families. There is also a wide range of water sport facilities.
San Pedro Del Pinatar area
The area of outstanding natural beauty and is totally flat with lots of walk-ways and cycle lanes. In fact, one of the neighbours hires bikes at very reasonable rates (including children’s bikes & helmets).
The Promenade at Lo Pagan stretches for 10 kilometres and joins the other resorts of Santiago Ribiera and San Javier, making it ideal for walkers and cyclists. There are also organised group walks.
There are weekly street markets (on Monday’s in San Pedro) that sell fresh local produce from the local area renowned for its produce. There is also a daily fish markets in San Pedro.
