The apartment is situated in San pedro del pinatar which is a traditional Spanish town in Murcia (Costa Calidia)there is a beautiful cost line, and the nearest beach is Lo Pogan which is 5 minuites away in the Mar Manor the salt water lagoon, were there are beatuiful shallow waters and long sandy beaches surronded by restaurants and cafes. Las Salinas nature reserve and wild life sanctuary is a short distance from the apartment beside the beach. The apartment is on the edge of the town near to all the local amenities, and a 10 minuits stroll into the town centre.There is traditional Spanish Market every monday ,full of colour and exciting things from around Spain. This is an ideal place for golfers,as there are many golf courses just 20 minuits drive away. Alicante is only 40 minuits away where there is a lifely night life, and Murcia town is also only a short drive away.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The area of costa Calida has a vast expanse of beautiful golden beaches, and San Pedro del Pinatar is situated on the Mar Menor, the biggest natural lake in the world. Its well know for its therapeutic waters and natural mud baths. The land is mainly flat ideal for bike riding and sporting activities. The salt lakes and the wild life sanctuary are 5 miniuts from the apprtment next to the beach and is easy reach for a great day out for the kids. The temperature in the region in the summer months is usually in the 30-35 degrees up until November when the weather cool down to 20-25 degrees.
San Pedro Del Pinatar area
San Pedro del Pinatar is a nice place to be with kind and hospitable people. They are traditional in their values with a simple elegance. There are cultural events all year round offering theatre programmes and musical encounters. there are two main fiestas in the region, which are the Easter holy week and Carmens Virgin ( 16th July) where all the local people come together celebrating their traditions.
How to get there
- Fly into Murcia, the airport San Janvier is only 15 mins from San Pedro Del Pinatar. - Jet2.com and Monarch airlines offer cheaper flights into Murcia on a daily bases. - We also offer a pick up service were you will be greeted at the airport, and taken along the beautiful coast road through the town of San Pedro Del Pinatar to the apartment for only 15 euros. - All main car hire companies are also available from the airport. - Local taxes are available at the airport for about 20 euros. - Alicante airport is also only 40 minutes away from San pedro del pinatar.

Further details indoors: This is a brand new apartment which is comfortably furnished. It light and airy and has a home from home feel. As you walk into the room the living and dining area is open and spacious with comforatable seating, that seats four. The kitchen leads off from the living area which is clean and bright and there is a washing machine on the back balcony. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there a safe in the main bedroom if needed. The bathroom is large and roomy. there is a large varander at afront of the biulding over looking the pool, with comfortable furnisher. there are also pool chair ,in the apartment which can be used by the pool.
Further details outdoors: - The apartment is on the first floor. -The balcony is large and good for relaxing in the evenings. -The pool can be seen from the balcony.
