This is a terraced house with rooftop solarium and shared swimming pool. Supermarkets are close by. located within walking distances to local beaches and warm waters of the Mar Menor, with its shallow calm waters, ideal for young children. Here there is the famouse therapeutic mud baths with healing properties . There is also a nature reserve on the salt flats which is home to a variety of bird life which include flamingoes.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

San Pedro is ideally situated for trips to Torrevieja, Murcia, Cartegena, La Manga and the Sierra Espuna National Park, There are 3 championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive including La Manga Club, another 7 being constructed. There is a wide variety of bars, cafes, shops also a culture theatre and the main church in the square. There is a nature reserve a few minutes walking distance with excellent walks and fantastic bird life which include flamingoes. Many of the walks in the reserve lead to the open Mediterranean Sea with miles of unspoilt beach.

San Pedro Del Pinatar area

The town of San Pedro is within walking distance from the house, where there are many shops and a variety of places to eat catering for all tastes, including Chinese, Indian, Portugese, and of course excellent Spanish restaurants and tapas which typify the Spanish culture. In the town square many festivals take place throughout the year. The Thalasia Hotel and Spa are just round the corner where you can indulge in the many facilities and benefit from the several heated pools. The beaches in the area are fabulous there is something for every member of the family in particular the shallow, calm and theraputic waters of the Mar Menor is unbeatable

How to get there

Cheap flights are available via Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI, etc. The house is only 15-20 minutes away from the airport and we will provide easy to follow directions or for a small charge we can arrange pick up from the airport. Car hire is easily available

Departure is normally 12 noon again flexible. In peak season a surcharge is payable if a booking is made midweek, this to be agreed when booking. Charges for cleaning of the property at the end of your stay is included in the price.
