This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy your holiday in style. This is a fantastic 3/4 bed town house with the most amazing garden, pool and terrace. The pool boasts as waterfall and a jet stream to swim against. Guadalmina golf is less than 5 mins by car - the beach is 5 mins by foot. Marbella is a mere 15 mins by car and Puerto Banus 10 mins. Great location for all types of holidays.

This fantasitc townhouse in Guadalmina Playa is the perfect location for any holidaymaker. The urbanization is located close to the culturally protected Roman Bath Ruins at Guadalmina beach. The distance to the beach is only 90 meters for easy access.

The Costa del Sol region

Marbella's 'micro-climate' enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean climate all year round, with bright sunny days for the greater part of the year. The combination of mountainous peaks of the Sierra Blanca terrain together with the coastline ensures a very mild winter with an average maximum temperature of 22.8º C and a minimum of 13º C.

Summers are dry and hot and can reach temperatures that go well into the 30's. Fortunately due to low humidity, the heat is comfortable and not sticky or overbearing.

The main attractions not to be missed are Funny Beach, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, Mijas and Torremolinos Aquaparks and Tivoli World Amusement Park. Gibraltar is 1 hour by car, Malaga 45 mins, Ronda 60 mins and Mijas 35 mins.

The San Pedro de Alcantara / Guadalmina Playa area

Located on the western Costa del Sol Estepona offers the visitor a great climate, some good beaches and many activities such as golf, water skiing, par ascending, sub-aqua diving, tennis, squash, cycling, hunting and fishing. The sports marina harbours yachts and power boats.

One of the biggest fiestas is the annual Feria that takes place in July. The event lasts a whole week and consists of a day fair and a night fair. Both fairs give way to the rhythm of 'Malaqueñas', rumbas and popular Spanish music. The whole of the village bursts into colour and passion.

At midday the bars fill to capacity when all manner of Andalusian cuisine can be sampled including the well known paella which is traditionally eaten in the streets. The day fair continues until seven in the evening when everyone rests in preparation for the night fair.

We are 45 minutes drive from the airport.
Coming out of the airport keep right. Stay on the inside lane so, as not to miss your exit. Look for exit marked, Benalmadena or Cadiz, the road you will be looking for is called the N340 or the A7, this is one in the same road. Look for an exit marked Puerto Banus and travel through tunnel, passing a large shopping centre, El Corte Ingles keep on this road until you reach the Marbella Arch and turn right. Take the immediate left into the commercial centre keeping on the left fork. We are three doors down from Barclays Bank.
